Can I apply a resene super enamel oil based paint over an existing water based enamel? I painted a desk a few years ago and the water based is nowhere near hardwearing. Do i need to sand and apply a primer or can I sand and apply the oil based enamel paint? Thanks in advance |

Helps - fat/oil marks on matt painted wallpaper Minor disaster with some spitting bacon - I have tried hot water and washing up liquid, a citrus based cleaner and still the spots are there.All ideas welcome - short of re-wallpapering the whole wall as presume the marks will come through a re-paint! |
