Can you add colour to linseed oil

I want to tint boiled linseed oil can it be done and any ideas about with what!I have a yuck pine piece I have semi finished stripping back to pine :) and am also using linseed oil on my floor Floors looking wonderful just as I wanted it to be, so wondered if I could add some colour to it to make it darker for this cabinet Not wanting a highly polished finish fact not shinny at all, but applied a bit to an area I have taken varnish off on but just brought it back to same colour :(I guess it's a case of what will mix with oil!Any ideas please.I am a person that looks and thinks outside the square so any boilded plant or the likes that might do it tea bags! Through probably want it a very strong tea colour Thanks in advance Anne
Just wondering if I got unboiled linseed oil and boiled it with tea bags!Edited to add :)

Stain the wood with teabags - and then oil it might be the way to go.

My pleasure I have done similar in the past and tea is a very good stain.

we used to stain the wood on gunstocks with condy`s crystalls (pottasium permanganate)before oiling, don`t get it on your hands or clothes.

Gosh can you still buy that stuff :) we use to use it for getting worms up out of the ground for fishing Just wondering though for colouring pine what colour it would make it!I remember it as purple!

it is purple but the stain is a deep rich brown.
