Can anyone give us the amount of oil per litre of water for spraying plants for bugs please-the label has faded far too much to be able to read it!

The one I use says 2-4ml per litre, and the lady that sells it to our nursery says 2ml per L is enough

My Wallys Neem oil says: 5-15 per litre warm water for general spraying. 15 ml per litre for bad infestations. 10 ml for normal. 5 ml for continued control. Repeat every 7 days.
