Orange and white goo from tree root Has anyone else had this problem, and is it fixable? The garden area is damp, and when digging down I came across a tree root - with white and orangey sort of goo coming from it. It's keeping the ground moist but it's not flooding and it doesn't smell. |

Fridge techs - Can R22 heat pump be installed? I have a small industrial R22 heat pump sitting in back of my shed. Would have been decommissioned near 15 year ago. Just wondering if it's worth selling. I see there are lads on here selling R22 gas so I assume it is still in use? |

Groundcover plants - crazy prices! I'm shocked to see how much ground cover plants cost. We need to plant an area around 300 square metres. Given each plant is between 5 and 10 dollars, and covers 1 square metre, I could easily be looking at 1500 and 3000 dollars! Crazy! :-( |
