Do I 'lift' xmas lilly bulbs? I have some bulbs that have finished flowering. Do I lift them them, or leave them as is? Most are in pots. Same with begonias- should i lift them. Have had them in large pots for about 6 years, they didnt do so well this year. |

What would cause a hot water cylinder surface to be colder than it usually is but the water out of the taps to be hot as normal? Our cylinder is normally hot to touch on the surface but the last few days it has become cool to touch but tap water is hot? |

What to bate mouse trap with peanut butter failed So I have mice in my kitchen my silly cat brought in live and lost. Have set traps with peanut butter and haven't caught any. They seem to like junk food. Chewed into a packet of twisties chips and 2 min noodles instead !. |

How to minimise noise from a generator? Am looking at getting a 6.8kVA generator for backup at home - have a downstairs veranda area with concrete block walls. I don't want to bolt it to the walls to mitigate sound and vibration. Anyone any good links or suggestions for placement? Thanks |
