Has anyone used this rubber paint to seal rust on an old roof. This roof is under decking timber and while there is no leak in it, we want to stop it beforehand.

Very good stuff, expensive but good for extending the life of rusty gutters etc

The rust will continue to deteriorate the steel under the coating You are then relying on a rubber seal.
