We are replacing the kitchen flooring and installing new cabinetry. Does the new lino go in before or after the new cabinetry?

We did our lino 1st as that made it very easy for the layer. Also makes IMHO a much tidier job. However it then means the cabinet guys have to be a bit careful but since we did our own cabinets wasn't an issue.

so in the future if the lino is replaced they would cut around th front of the cabinetry?.

Real floor boards? Or weetbix board? I'd go before with the latter.

Cabinets first onto solid floor, then lino up to the cabinet feet, then fit toe-kicks.

Cabinets first for us then lino :) Hate to think what it would have looked like after if we did it first

Probably. Mind you by the time the lino is replaced the weetbix board cabinets would probably have fallen to bits as well.

It's only floating floors that have to be laid around cabinets, I'd say lino would be personal preference.
