Can anyone give me a review on the Kardean loose lay tiles please? I am going for the wood look throughout the house, and had a horrific quote from the flooring man for a vinyl tile - so now looking at a DIY install of the loose lay tiles. Are these things as good as they say they are, and are they really suitable for a semi-accomplished DIYer to install?

Easy to lay but better to glue down. I am a retired vinyl layer and have them in kitchen. As long as you use recommended glue sure you could manage. good luck

I looked at these and Googled heaps of reviews which were overwhelmingly positive. You glue down with a tacky glue specific for it, which means you can still lift them (with a bit of difficulty) if required

Are they going in direct sunlight? We have/had them in our house, the ones in direct sunlight shrunk so ended up replacing them with tiles, the others are perfect.
