We had some new Robert Malcolm vinyl planking installed a week before Christmas. It has now started getting build up in the joins. I'm thinking maybe from the adhesive. Is this normal or should I contact the flooring store and complain.? TIA

The adhesive would have set in a day.

I wonder if someone from the store would have a look. if you got someone to install it, maybe the could pop around to look

That's weird. Joins should not have room for buildup. Should be flush against each other. We had to get some relaid as they laid it when it was very hot and gaps appeared when it all dried out.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
