Vinyl floor 'planks' - and roller chair load . .

thetechman, Aug 2, 1:41am
Looking at putting down some self-adhesive vinyl planks in my work area.
These are 1.5mm thick - not very expensive Mitre 10 breed.
Surface is dead flat, primed with sealer as advised.

Anyone know how they would stand up to daily load of office roller chair (5 casters /80kg person) several hours a day?

Or would it be better to spend megabucks and go to much thicker planks?

TIA

p.s. Previously had carpet with large plastic protector mat - TOTALLY useless idea.

they are subject to scratching so this may be an issue.
