Just wondering whether anyone has had one which switches from one cycle to another mid cycle?
e.g. gets 1/2 way through sport wash (44 minutes so around 20 minutes) then switches time to show 1hr 20 and carries on for another hour and twenty minutes (no idea which cycle actually )
ours suddenly started this last week but only on one wash cycle just wondering what I'm looking at cost wise can find nothing on line thanks (I've posted in parenting too)

If it is something that has recently started happening then probably something gone haywire on the control board. New board for a Bosch won't be cheap. How old is it? If 5 years or less it would be worth going back to the shop and quote the consumer guarantee act and say you want it repaired at their cost.

Have you cleaned your dishwasher recently? We have a Bosch, if left uncleaned the cycles take longer.

What goes wrong with control boards? How about examining it with a magnifying glass for broken solder joints or bulging capacitors or burned resistors? Almost all faulty circuit boards we have here have been easily fixed.
