It looks like Pratia (probably Pratia angulata) It's quite a nice little NZ native groundcover but often comes up in lawns and people generally get rid of it then as it's not grass.

This is a hardy ground cover only about 10mm thick. I do not remember if it had flowers last summer but if it did they are minimal. The pictures I viewed on google for Pratia angulata show a plant with much more foliage growing to 1m
