Glyphosate used to work but some weeds are becoming resistant. Weed Warrior does have another chemical but is still about 95% glyphosate.

glyphosate would kill that stuff in its sleep! try a half rate.

I agree, where did you get your weed ID done? Poa has fluffy whitish seed heads and is very obvious when you have it. It thrives when in wet conditions but does not like dry conditions.

Looks like kikiyu grass? Glyphosate 490, it will work, you must make up a stronger batch. Goodluck
