Yes, bought one from a garden centre a year or two back. Sometimes on here too. Around $30-40.

tape a paint brush to a slat of wood and paint the dope on, better control than even a weed wiper

This is what I do and it works really well, it was a tip from someone on here, sorry can't remember who it was. Way cheaper and more efficient than any weed wand.
