Its most likely to be either Encore or Miho. If the tree has been fruiting since around Feb and this is the last of the fruit crop, then its Encore. If the tree has just started to come into fruit and continues fruiting to August, then its Miho.

Looks like a clementine to me.

was thinking encore but ours in hawkesbay at least,are long finished?saying that it had a very light crop this year.

It's likely to be some kind of Satsuma.
