Also congrats on entering the 21st century with a front loader.
What is it with those top loaders? Thought I had been transported to 1954 when I arrived from the UK and was confronted with one of those.
You can fix most things to be honest with tmmb and youtube.

Oh you know we like to do several loads of washing in one morning - rather than take the whole day to do it. I'ts nice to be able throw in the missing sock once the cycle has started. We prefer to spend cash on more important stuff than over-priced front loaders? I've had to use front loaders overseas ( in the kitchen sometimes - yuck!) - not giving up my top-loader any time soon!
