Just been reading up about raising the acidity of soil. Now I have a use for the massive rhubarb leaves which I grow - stinky rhubarb plant with it's unappealing green stalks.Only reason I don't rip it out and dump it is that it has magnificent impressive large leaves. Back to acidity - do you ever use diluted vinegar, is that a good idea? How else is best to raise acidity?

you can buy acid granules from the shop or are you wanting to use free products like pine needles

I use pine needles as a mulch.
