I am setting up a small cafe, and have been offered a espresso coffee machine but it has a 20amp plug. can i run this off normal power or do i need 3 phase?

Most likely a single phase 20 A outlet required. Get a Sparky to double check and fit what you need.

You will need a dedicated circuit from the switchboard in most conditions to run a 20A rated coffee machine. No bigge to get done if there is access to point and switchboard.

the wall linings are about top be ripped out, so that won't be a problem
