Tree roots damage to paths

Hi. Does anyone know if tree root damage to paths/driveways is covered by insurance! I appreciate it probably varies according to different insurance companies/policies but I wondered if anyone had any experience with this.

Depends I suppose on who planted it but I doubt it very much. If it is a tree planted by the council on a road berm you may have to address it with them.

I would suspect it's a civil court action if not settled personally between both partys
Nature events have their own set of rules.
On your own property & with your own trees . NOPE, on your own there.
Should have done something about it when 1st noticed the path joints lifting
