its not rocket science as a lot of people are saying . and that you need all kinds of consultants and experts for their input . download GIB noise control sytems and DIY . Follow one of these systems to the letter and you can feel the room change drastically just by the way someone is talking .

one thing that has changed a lot over the years is that we are now cramped into these compressed sub-divisions . like communes
this is one reason we live in an old established suburb that still has quarter acre sections
