Standard MEN. Earth bus bar and 2x neutral bars. One for the RCD primary and 1 for the secondary side. Primary bar is connected to earth. Power comes into the meter, then the switch, then the RCD then the 2 GPO and lighting circuit.
Now just in case you were going to comment on the 40A RCD, it should be noted the inverter has a max AC current of 23A (internally protected) and there is a 20A MCB at the off grid AC board which feeds this sub board.

The OP needs a sparky , most of know the limitations of home owners immediately due to the questions that are asked. Heck , I could do my own gst , tax etc but I know there are others better qualified to do it and in the long run save me money.

lol well aware of how its hooked up lets see the pics of ya wiring.

Here is the offgrid A/C board. It's mounted to the right of the inverter and charge controller. http://tinypic.com/r/mcw28g/9
The A/C disconnect is dual pole to satisfy the requirement that the A/C disconnect must isolate the inverter. The inverter has A/C input and a ATS (auto transfer switch).

So you expect me to contradict the link I posted earlier to try and prove a point, Comrade?

I think your inspector probably felt sorry for you.

You are one slippery unit.
What I have posted doesn't suit your precious rhetoric so you make desperate comments like the above.

Right,, cannot connect to live supply, ok he can run as many cables as he likes but MUST not connect

Just want to see the wiring work you have done, has it been done at tradesman level or just another DIY disaster

It's very tidy and all the cables are marked. Problem is, if I pull the cover off and post a picture up here, someone else might voice an opinion about that and then I will still be chasing my tail.

now will the whole class go and stand in the naughty corner and dont trip over their bottom lips on the way.

Well it doesn't matter what I say, because as far as you're concerned you've had it passed so that's all that matters. Someone has signed it off for you.
But your labelling is wrong.
comsolve,
Jul 23, 8:57pm
So what are you claiming is unclear in the labeling?
johotech,
Jul 23, 9:18pm
It's not about being unclear (although it is unclear because it isn't standard wording) - it's about complying with the required identification.
That board is supplied from the other board right? Is that in a separate building to the other switchboard?
There's some strange stuff going on. Normally you wouldn't put the check meter (or anything), before the main switch.
And you would especially not loop the main incoming neutral through the terminals on that meter. That's a recipe for disaster. It means that there's a possibility of the neutral being live, even when the main switch is turned off.
Without seeing the full wiring setup, I would be concerned.

I have gone to a lot of effort to make sure everything is labeled correctly according to the various regs the offgrid system falls under.
The included getting custom printed signage from Australia, to cover a battery enclosure requirement which could not be fulfilled with a standard set of solar signage.
But I take onboard what you have said and I will go back and read the regs again and ensure I implement any appropriate remedy.
johotech,

I can see some of the solar labels look fine. It's about the main switch identification(s).
comsolve,
Jul 23, 9:41pm
I understand what you are saying and can advise this is a sub board and can be switched off at the main board.
Yes, the sub board is in a separate building.
johotech,
Jul 23, 9:43pm
But the other board also has circuits supplied off it right? And it probably also has another main earth, earth stake and MEN link in the other switchboard?
And this installation is totally off grid right?
