Does anybody have any ideas as to how to clean the above tiles.Few tiles have a small amount of moss on them but the rest are just a bit grotty looking and I really want to give them a good clean down but don't know what to use.

Mum just used some dishwashing liquid or handy andy in some warm water when we had them years ago. They were under cover so a mop was all that was usually needed, but with some moss on them you will probably have to use a scrubbing brush for those bits. I believe they scratch easily so be careful using anything with metal on it.

I borrow a water blaster.

Use a slow release moss/mould killer. Make it strong, put plenty on, and be patient

Do not waterblast, you will damage both grout and tile. For instant result use liquid pool chlorine at 10% dilution with water applied with sprayer late in the day and then in summer months follow up with moss/mould killer as mentioned above and this will keep them good for up to a year.

Chlorine can leave a nasty bleach stain on terracotta. I wouldn’t use it.
