What's a large quantity? Could go and buy a tree (approx 1m) from garden centre which would have 30 or so double leaves for < $30. Might be your cheapest source? Otherwise try the community fruit scheme websites some one might have a big tree you can utilise.
They freeze well too, so if you can't get enough in one hit freeze them until you have a big enough batch.

You can get dried ones from Asian markets-not as nice a s fresh ones though

How many do you need? We have two trees and could provide maybe 50, maybe more. One tree has conventionally sized leaves, the other has huge leaves, twice the usual size.
