carbaryl down entrance at night when all wasps are in the nest and less likely to sting .Just sprinkle around entrance,,

Stack some wood over the nest, and light a fire.

a litre of petrol, at night go out and pour it down the entrance then just walk away!

we had this problem just last week. bought "no wasps" from Mitre 10, $20, its a container of powder that you shake in and around the nest (on dusk). Worked a treat

bugin, Apr 1, 8:57am
Some jam ,2 tablespoons and a teaspoon of Frontline flea treatment mixed in
Place at the entrance in the evening.

krames, Apr 1, 9:14am
wine bottle fullof petrol jam in hole tight at dusk .

yogibearz, Apr 1, 9:29pm

+1 for Petrol or Diesel, just don't try to light it!

wayleggo2, Apr 2, 7:11am
kerosene works well

peacebird15, Apr 2, 8:08am
NOT DIESEL!
First its simply hopeless and producing fumes (its a light oil), its unlikely to kill wasps but will do a great job at making that part of your garden a dead zone for many many many years. Petrol will work much much much better!
