the four corner posts around my chicken run! they only need to stand 1.5m high and will be used to hold up shade cloth or similar to keep my girls in. and if it would be ok, how deep do i need to dig them in! i have a tonne of 2x4 and dont want to have to buy anything else if i dont have to. tia

Make sure they are ground treated or they will rot!

400__ 500mm Deep or 300 if you are bracing the corners

ok they are not treated, will look at other options. maybe some warratahs might do the trick
