Hi will be planting out a new garden soon and although the wrong time of the year would love to put in some fruit trees, seems that i have been waiting so long to make a garden. wondered if anyone knew of a good fruit tree nursery or garden centre that sells good trees at reasonable prices!Auckland area. I have bought a lot of trees and plants from Rogers in Tidal Road Mangere and no probs at all. Good prices and a range of all types of fruit there. Pays to go early in the morning or you get stuck in the crowds.

Good sized fruit trees just don't come cheap. The cheapest ive found is at Mitre10 mega, on special at around $28 each.
Te hana Nurseries just North of Wellsford is having a special on t heir 3 yr old fruit trees at $10. This is exceedingly cheap. Well worth a drive if you are buying a few
