Long stemmed flowers for wedding bouquet

What long (ish) stemmed flowers could I plant that would be ready mid-late November for a wedding bouquet!

Poppies. roses, carnations, cosmos, alstroemeria, viburnum, hydrangeas, late tulips and narcissus(borderline for the season), stocks. To be honest, unless you're looking at something unusual, it's far less hassle to buy them. I'd grow specialist roses as the bought ones are devoid of scent and interest, but it depends how long a runup you have as most roses are nothing much in the first year or two.

calla lilies.

Unless you are a very experienced gardener you are better to buy them.
I am both a gardener and florist, it is very hard to get the quality of bloom needed to use for bouquets, what with weather, insects and getting the timing just right could be a nightmare, not to mention they can wilt faster out of water
Floristflowers are grown under special conditions, with enhancers that help with last longer.
If you are sticking to a budget and wanting to do your own, get to know the local markets or growers, if your not a florist you could take a night school class as there is a knack, and if you over handle the flowers they will bruise and wilt.
