Hi, I have a f/p Classic oven in need of a new seal for the oven door. Anyone know how to remove and replace with a new one. Havn't got the new seal yet, just need to know if I can do this myself. Tia

Some are easy and some are a right bitch. Most modern ones have the seal clamped between the oven liner and the front face, there's often a screw top centre of oven liner that you need to remove / loosen and sometimes you need to take the back off and loosen a couple of nuts on threaded rods so oven liner can move forward a couple of MM.

Thanks Russ, looks like what you said, centre screw etc. Now to find a source for the seal. Only one on TM, and they want $79.00. Anyone know of a cheaper source. Thanks

Try your local electrical wholesalers, many carry stove parts or can tell you who stocks them.
