For a kitchen. What's a reasonable price for a good quality kitchen vinyl? Is $60 per 2m wide reasonable?

No. I've had far cheaper.

We paid slightly more than that
6 years later, I still looks like brand new
I’ve also paid less for another house, and replaced it 5 years later as it had faded badly.
It’s not about price, it’s about value

Cheap vinyl can be really soft and easy to damage.

I am about to start considering vinyl. Most important thing for me in a kitchen is non slip. It's a hazardous place where quick turns and sudden rushes happen for me! Fall avoidance essential. I am expecting to pay more than what you quote.
