Picked myEngish Lavender yesterday and would like hear how others dry their lavender. Last year I put into a brown paper bag and leftit on the top shelf of the hot water cupboard.

Tie the stems in bunches of 20-25 and hang flowers down in the roof space either of the house or the garage if you have one .

mine is late flowering this year. I usually have it to make xmas pressies,agree with Bugin, tho the paper bag also works

I bunch the stems and hang them upside down in my garden shed where the sun can't reach them. Seems to take just a couple of weeks to dry but I tend to leave them until autumn to strip the stems.
