We just got our Fujitsu inverter heat pump serviced, as it always blows out smelly air when turned on.
Nothings changed, and they said to use Coil Dry to stop the smell, which we have done. But now everytime it is turned on we have to do this, as the smell is always there still.

Remember this the only air that comes out of your heat pump is air from inside the room.If the air stinks have you cleaned the filters!If the coils were dirty then the service techs should have cleaned that part of th mchine.
Get them back and tell them to service/fix it properly
