I 've tried 6 pharmacies in SE. Auckland, but its not available? Anyone know where I can buy a small bottle in Auckland? I want it to clean mildew from my life jackets.

I don't know why, but have you tried hardware shops, Mitre10, Bunnings etc?
You should be able to buy 3% peroxide in supermarkets. Alternatively the Napisan style sodium percarbonate powder in water breaks down into sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide hence the "Oxy clean" claim many brands have.

I've tried supermarkets as well, but not available. Thanks heisi28, but quantity is too large at 5L. I don't want to use products that might bleach and mark the jackets as they are relatively new.
I have been trying the usual places, to no success, the Medco one normally available at supermarkets is all gone. I found some in a Pharmacy, high strength, you had to supply your phone number and address, and they filled up a small bottle for me.

I use the Medco one in my aquariums, and get it from supermarkets. But all supermarkets are suffering supply issues at the moment due to covid interruptions and backlogs, that may be why you are having issues.

Chemist Warehouse in Botany are sold out of hydrogen peroxide as are all most chemists (8No.) I've been to.

I have 25 ltrs of this stuff in my shed as my customers regularly use it. OP if you fancy a trip to Waihi one day next week, I can arrange a sales trip up there and can give you up to a litre for nothing.
