I have a Toshiba heat pump and just noticed the front panel isn't liftinf when it's being used like it normally does.
The airs pumping out and cold, but unsure if the front always lifts - thought it did but thinking maybe I just don't take notice? I'm sure when I turn it off the panel comes down.
Anyone know? If it should be open is there an easy fix?

I would say to press the button that indicates sway.

It's not the louvred, it's the front panel that lifts up when it's on

Google the model number and look at the specs and use manual.
