Not sure here but could it be one of the Oregano family.

It does look a little similar in some ways, however the leaves are not herby at all. The stem also seems wrong for any oregano that I am familiar with. Thanks for the help though!

Yes, sorry, bit lost on this tho it looks familiar. Ornamental Oregano looks abit different tho.
