Not a Foxglove. It looks to me like a weed but I don't know the name of it.

Is it. "maybe", inkweed, a weed with a long white tap root similar to a parsnip.

Yep, sure looks like a weed. Pulled up and threw away several yesterday.
Left too long they get a very long tap root.
Be interested to know name either/or.

Just read this and I have one growing in my garden, thanks for sharing the info, must get out and remove it.

Inkweed. Pull it out while you can, they get much larger then seed. It is the red/black wet berries that the name comes from. If not pulled out or sprayed with Roundup they get very big & woody stemmed, very difficult to remove.
