Just call HRV, they're the only company you can get the genuine filters from.

theres a ton of other companies that do aftermarket filters for them at substantially cheaper prices. any mechanically minded person can fit them.

I wish I knew of another company that could fix the roof temp sensor (I think. reads roof temp in single digit figures, even in summer). The reputation of this company has put me off calling them to quote on a repair.
