I would DIY unless it is being moved.

I was under the impression any sanitary plumbing needed to be done by a tradesman. Perhaps you could do the installation but let a tradie do the connections.

Install it yourself, who will know?

It’s not a difficult task,do it yourself if you feel you can do it

Just ask the PM - didn't she get caught doing her own plumbing?

"Ardern told the Herald she did not realise when she bought and installed with Gayford the new toilet, to replace a broken down existing one, that they were breaking the law.
"Interestingly enough you can replace your own toilet in Wellington, but you can't replace your own toilet in parts of Auckland and I fall outside the area that you're allowed to replace your own toilet, I'm told, by about a kilometre.""
It's a shame the PGDB didn't prosecute. It might have ended a stupid situation where some areas can and some can't and nobody except the Plumbing Board seems to know what rule applies.

Yes, but it's not being moved. It's like plugging it in. As I said, I sure would DIY that.
