I was just out in the garden and noticed my Magnolia Vulcan was flowering. I also had a customer in today who said her spring bulbs were re-sprouting! It hasnt been particularly cold up here (Northland) but has been very wet, not quite sure whats happening at the moment.

Neighbours Magnolia flowered in early Spring then flowered again when fully leaved about 3 weeks ago - totally weird.

At our last house our magnolia always flowered twice and others around the neighbourhood also.

My Magnolia Grandiflora flowers all year round here in Christchurch. Its not in a sheltered position at all!

My white wisteria is flowering again too & bulbs are up & poor things don't know that there's a heap of real cold weather to come down here. But they all seem to flower at the right time . they adjust to the odd seasons, somehow, bless them.
