It is one of the Helichrysum family, probably argyrophyllum. Straw flower family.

Looks great easy care but if you sit near it I think it has an odd smell.

The flowers only open in full sun and then the whole plant is smothered in yellow straw flowers. Very easy to reproduce if you wish. I love this plant.
