Pull cords to turn ceiling lights on

Hi,just wondering if anyone can please help me.I'm looking to replace a pull cord light switch?I not sure of where to look[don't even know what it's called] or even if you can get them any more.Some thing has broken and pull cord no longer turns the light off.Anyone know?

I would probably get an electrician to come and repair it if it was mine, and they would know where to get the correct bits.

Go to your nearest Electrical wholesaler and ask for PDL 573 or get in touch with an electrician if you are not familiar with replacing one

The OP called them a "pull cord light switch" and you all seemed to know what he was talking about
