It looks like "the woolly nightshade tree" sometimes referred to as the tobacco plant, not sure of its botanical name, but its a pest, and spreads quite quickly, stinks too. Ive never heard of anyone actually "smoking" it?

Some people are allergic to the fuzz on woolly nightshade so avoid touching it.

Nope, woolly nightshade, poisonous and on the banned plant list, there is no optional remove it, you MUST. Spreads like crazy, birds are immune to the berry poison and thus spread it even faster. grows like mad.

Tobacco weed or plant is a common name for woolly nightshade.
