I put my spring bulbs in the freezer and have since defrosted them and planted them. The bulbs looked all soggy and a bit worse for wear. I thought I was doing them a favour keeping them cold but I think putting them in the freezer was a bit too much. Have I ruined the bulbs permanently?

In the fridge, not the freezer. Sorry,they will likely only be worth tossing now. A trick for new players.
