This plant was given to me as a 15cm cutting around 20 years ago and now it's 1.4m high.
It looks like a type of succulent plant with zebra type variegated markings, almost like a type of aloe but it has no sharp edges and so gooey sap when broken off.
Anyone have any ideas please? I've done multiple searches on-line looking for images but have come up with nothing close.
It is a sansevieria also known as mother-in-laws tongue.

It is Sansaveria ( sorry do not know specific name) common name Mother in laws tongue. Called so because if you put a bit on your tongue it is very bitter
