Saw one at a bar in Mt Eden 3 weeks ago (no wasn't drunk). The plants are in woven planter bags-made from recycled plastic bags-very dense. The wall is really spectacular
yip i make them theyre relatively easy, you need a marine ply backing which i put potting mix on, level then cover with both shadecloth and wire mesh, i staple gun it all over the place in squares about every 4inchs, then i use a screwdriver to poke holes through the shadecloth and poke the succulent stems through, youve got to leave it flat for about 4-6 weeks is best i find before you can hang it so the plants are secured.

These bags are from the USA + the bar guy thought that they had come from a garden centre
