Put the pulp, containing the seeds, between two bits of paper towel and place on a sunny windowsill. They'll only take a week or two to dry out. After that I put them in an envelope labelled with the variety. Next season when you sow them don't worry about prising the seeds off the paper towel, just sow hunks of towel and all.

Yes, I did that one year, the problem is all the seeds stick to the paper. It would be better to spread them out over the towel so you can cut out the seeds to sow when ready.
Use cooking paper to dry them. takes a couple of weeks to be sure they all dry out.

If you use one sq of toilet paper put your seeds on it 6x per sq put in jar when dry. then at planting time lay it on wet potting mix cover with a little bit of potting mix the will grow .
