One tilt rod in venetian blind not working, as in not twisting and opening/closing blind. Blind permanently on close. Can this be easily repaired. TIA

Sorry to butt in but if anyone knows this they might also be able to tell me how to take the blinds down to clean them. I have tried to move them with no success!

Mine have 3 little clips on the top rail you lift up.They are barely viisible I am wondering about taking a tilt bit out of another less used blind and replacing the one in the lounge

Yes I've done something similiar with my rod that you rotate to tilt the blinds. One is missing.

Our tenant has managed to break the tilt rods so I'm feeling a bit p##d off, and not sure what to do now.

Try Weathermaster for fittings. They should be able to tell you who stocks parts.
