It looks very much like a native type of fuschia but I'm not sure, not enough knowledge here. But i would suggest a moist semi shady spot for it and if you ever get cuttings of seedlings I would be keen to buy. Good luck, hope you get it positively ID

It's not quite like a Fuschia though. The leaves sure look like Fuschia leaves, but the flowers don't, to me. unless of course it's fuschia that doesn't grow down in my neck of the woods (in cold country). It's the green pointy bit that makes me wonder. I have native fuschias here & none of them look quite like that.

I have procumbens but this is a lot bigger. Maybe some very old variety, really don't know.

Definitely not our native tree fuchsia, the leaves have a silvery underside and the flowers are different.
Looks most like fuchsia 'strybings peach' to me.
