Just had a quote come in to replace a fence and wonder if the price sounds alright.

Don't get me started on the neighbour . We will pay as we think the current .7m fence isn't high enough to keep our toddler safe from the row next door. Caused a dispute even with us saying we would pay as it's our child causing it to be replaced, though we have legal advice that we could request the neighbours to contribute.

yes, that price is good I would recommend using 150x25 pailings though, wont add much to the cost and will make a better job

Thanks all. Will price up the larger palings. I did ask for a very solid fence as we won't be moving for many years so do wonder why he went for the smaller paling. last thing I want is one of the fences that are popping up in the subdivisions that are twisted within 12 months.

Priced the cost difference in palings. 2.05 for 150 x 19 2.60 for 150 x 25
