Anyone know where I can get some metal swarf from? Not a lot, maybe a kilo at most. Not too chunky. Mixed metal is fine. Any ideas?

Any engineering place that does lathing and drilling, so any really. Go along with a box of beer and see what they've got.

A wee way out of Chch but Phil Hutty is worth a shot, he does heaps of lathe work & he's a real nice guy.
