any recomendations would be good, i need one for my pizza oven.could go stainless but copper would look so much betta.

Sigma sheetmetals make flues in Galv,Copper or Stainless,and all the fittings to go with them. I have'nt got their details in front of me,but I am sure you can find them in the phone book.

Copper will oxidise and end up going matte black. Stainless will look much better. Unless you bust out the brasso.

I agree - your engineer will go for 316 stainless
